Power for your Nissan Rogue stems from the 2.5L 4-cylinder engine that produces 181 horsepower and a matching 181 lb-ft of torque. Trims come equipped with front-wheel drive (FWD) or can use the available Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (AWD). 

With FWD in place, the Rogue achieves an EPA-estimated 27 city/35 highway MPG. If you venture toward the higher trims, it can generate an EPA-estimated 26 city/34 highway MPG.1

For drivers who select AWD, the Rogue produces an EPA-estimated 26 city/33 highway MPG. More premium trims achieve an EPA-estimated 25 city/32 highway MPG.1 What you choose depends on your personal choices.

Towing Capacity and Capability

The Rogue can tow a maximum of 1,350 pounds when properly equipped. With this amount of power, you can attach a trailer, bring along a jet-ski, or anything else that floats your boat. That’s another item you can tow, by the way!

Manage your drive with the versatile Xtronic CVT® (Continuously Variable Transmission). Move through the shift points by tapping the paddle shifters beside your steering wheel. 

If you go with the AWD drivetrain, it includes five separate driving modes, namely Sport, Off-Road, Snow, Auto, and Eco. When you know what kind of conditions you face, this can help you bypass them with skill and agility. 

Sport Mode adds a spring to your step when you take on the corners. Off-Road Mode tackles the gravel and uneven surfaces while Snow Mode carefully grips the road in icy conditions. Auto Mode makes daily drives easy. By selecting Eco Mode, you give your fuel efficiency a boost.
